Soo... How was your day? by Brenda Hammon

"Life takes us down many roads, some roads we enjoy, and some we don’t. But regardless of which road you are traveling down now, how we look at life also affects how we handle life."

-Brenda Hammon

Brenda Hammon’s newest book “Soooo… How was your day?” takes a look at those roads she’s traveled and is an incredible collection of stories that will have you going hmm… I never thought of it that way or rolling on the floor laughing (read poor Bub’s near heart attack from Brenda’s scare in Story 2!). Brenda brings a fresh approach to looking at the curveballs that life throws at us and she’s found ways to embrace her own unique self.

Every story in this book is all true stories of events that has happened in Brenda’s life, from starting over after a horrible relationship with an amazing new man, to her wedding day learning to embrace her body the way it is. Brenda looks back at all of these events in her life, events that could have been recollected with pain and negativity and re-telling them with humor and relating the incredible lessons she’s learned along the way.

This book comes with a disclaimer though – while reading this book, you may start looking back at the events of your own life. Those moments when you would previously have looked at as embarrassing, or that were incredibly hard to swallow, as lessons you have learned and hopefully with a few chuckles at how far you have come!
