Ingrid Essawova is an Arizona-based, Czech-born Spiritual Life Recovery Coach & Intuitive. After College and working with underprivileged children, she dove into being a powerhouse in the corporate world heading operations with national teams for over 3 decades.

Her troubleshooting and problem-solving skills lead her to a greater passion and life purpose. After realizing that her years of severe back pain was a psychological repercussion of emotional trauma, getting healthy was the only option.


Shortly after, she created The Emotional BOOTCAMP Recovery Mapping Program, where one takes a single topic, three hours and the level of pain and heartache is gone! Guaranteed! It was important for Ingrid to walk the walk and talk the talk before she had clients. After 165 personal mappings, she could not wait to share the formula that would change lives.
